This is a new, stainless steel part that replaces GM part number 15031996. It is discontinued in the GM parts catalog, and listed as “Bracket, Rear Lamp Wiring Harness Junction Block”. The part ships free in an envelope. It will need to be folded per the instructions enclosed with the bracket before it is installed.
